My 8+ arrived. Setup was a breeze, it had me hold it next to my old phone and after a few minutes I was up and running as if nothing changed. I really like the glass back, it feels great and looks amazing. Might keep it caseless, but I’m a little nervous of the inevitable drops. The camera is neat (I’m coming from a 6+), but I’ll have to play with it more tomorrow to get a better feel. Otherwise it’s an iPhone: you get what you expect. It’s just a really good one
Studio mode with portrait lighting is fun btw

Don’t think so, pretty sure it requires the double camera

Please, get a case. Not worth the agony.

I’d say get a case. Early reports suggest that these phones scratch way too easily. Also, the back glass is more expensive to replace than the screen through AppleCare+.
I got a clear case so I can still admire the peachy beauty. :)

My iPhone 7+ can’t do it. You need a new iPhone

No it does not. You need dual cameras and the processor... so 7+/8/8+/X I think I’m going to hold on to my 7 for awhile or trade it for a Samsung 8. Only thing is, we have an Apple TV (4?) and we have lots of movies which I like to take with me on trips. First World Problems...

I’d get something clear. If I could find a case that’s just the thickness of the camera bump that’d be ok.
It’s just silly to me: beautiful phone that feels great in my hand and pocket, better go ruin that with a bulky case

Congrats, but I like Android.
